So I've been meaning to ask. Does more insight make things more or less difficult, and are there advantages to high insight? I'm sitting at around 90 insight right now.

Makes it more difficult because certain enemies have an expanded move set. Not sure if it does anything more then that. Also, at least one boss has more dialogue during the fight if you have high enough insight.

I hate how fucked this game servers still are.

We're trying for quite a time and we just can't connect with each other. In the mean time, it seems a gaffer joined me twice. And at least once it did not said was an invasion, but was! =/

I've had a lot of successful connections with a friend, we co-oped through the entire game together. If we ever reached an area where the connection was taking a long time, we would both hard reset the PS4 and boot back into the game. It usually cleared up our connection problems. Standing next to the same lantern/area helps, setting a unique password with numbers and letters, etc was also something we did, and I also put my PS4 into the DMZ on my router which also stopped the 'network connection failed' issue and increased my success. The servers are actually pretty solid considering when it works, we get matched up in under a minute.

Simply amazing game! The best game ofthis gen thus far, the satisfaction of perfecting these games is enormous!

Btw Ludwig's sword is by far the best weapon in the game, especially its 2 handed moveset is simply perfect for pretty much anything out there. It deals a fuckton of damage it interrupts almost everything and can actually stunlock to death 90% of mobs out there and even some bosses. Nothing comes close to it.

Their servers have always been complete dogshit and that hasn't changed with BB. As for the invasion thing could of been due to summoning an opposing covenant player, that's a thing now.

I honestly didn't know anything about how a high insight changes the game. I've been running around at 99 since I was near or around the end of NG and never noticed anything really different.

Yes! Everyone needs to try Ludwig at least once. Bosses like Paarl were so much easier because Ludwig's moveset absolutely wrecked him.

Helping random ppl fight Rom is often really frustrating. 1/3 doesn't know that i can only join if they start the fight and wait for me at the fog gate while i point furiously to the drop off point.

fight the spiders all day while i chunk away 70 % health of Rom just running past them but sometimes die frrom jumping spiders. Just now Rom had maybe 2 % health and i died from one of his attacks while my summoner was standing beside Rom but was rather fighting little spiders instead of finishing it. I hope he still made id but i didn't get any echoes from it.

Oh, i forget the ones who die by the one enemy directly behind the gate while i watch them...

But i also am embarresed when i die to a random spider attack without hitting Rom one time...

Just got summond as third hunter and i thought "that is going to be a quick one". Then the host dies withing 3 seconds.

At least getting summoned at Rom or Martyr is always under a minute.

I think it was when I beat VA, and another after I beat Rom and the moon turned Red.

I attributed it to that. After that I rolled into NG+ and just figured that was part of the difficulty bump!

If this is in reference to the difficulty getting harder, I think it's been agreed that that's not true and the variety in boss attack patterns has been down to a memory leak.

Yeah, I think after #4, numbers become useless. Even #4 being V. isn't that useful since people can easily by-pass the 1st boss on bridge and BSB (as my #3) was optional.

Bro all I use is Ludwig and Pistol, resources are limited unless you farm so you got to pick something to upgrade and stick with it I suppose.

This is proving to be my biggest frustration, to the point I almost want to switch to invading. Having a host that doesn't know to prioritize staying alive is horrible. I've watched 8 people die in rapid succession in the last few minutes because they wouldn't back off a boss. =[
