Edit, read it wrong.
The whore will give birth to a child which you can kill for an Umbilical cord. She moves from Cathedral Ward to an area down the stairs from it

Regarding the last sentence:
No, Arianna will only drop her shoes if sent to the clinic.

boss and a guy was fighting an invader. Guy was excellent at dodging, as was hard to get a hit in, and he almost won. Had maybe sliver of health left, but fell off that bridge and made that huge "ahhhhhhh" sound. haha

Thank you so much for your help! Don't know what possessed From to have three of them in the same room. It would take immense skill to beat them without cheese.

Then, Go back and lure the closest one to you using a pebble or a long range gun shot BACK to the area where you ran to. Now you can fight one on one. Do the same with the remaining hunters. They don't respawn.

Thanks for the help but I just lured them to the lamp room and fought 1v1 in there.

i fucking hoofed it past them. I was in no mood for From's bullshit at the time lol
 
Just beat the game. I'm not sure what to make of the ending. I mean, if that's the true ending, what are the other ones? Damn.
 
I just killed a huge ass spider
with a guys head and he goes, "Well, that was uncharitably done..hehe"
. That definitely sounds like I just killed an NPC. :(

Hmmm. When I went to the Clinic, I see someone on the bed and I can talk to her and she says something like being treated and she no longer feels like a beast. Should I attack her?! I already killed Rom

Did you
go in from the back entrance? Personally I killed Iosefka when I first got there to avenge those poor souls I send there...anyways I got the last 1/3 umbilical cord from the whore at the chapel. As soon as she is there you can murder them >:)

You god damn species-ists. He was just being nice and chilling on a wall and you go and kill him without warning.
 
So it won't be possible for my friend and I to play together if I'm like level 70 and he's just starting right? I'd have to make a new character? I don't know how the co-op really works in the game.

and no, you can kill any NPC without any realy bad consequences.

Have you killed Rom already?
To get the cord she needs to feel sick as far as I know.

Nope. You have to be in the level range for your character which according to http://bloodborne.wiki.fextralife.com/Summon+Range+Calculator
should be 53-87.

I lured the naked guy and killed him as best I can - those hunters stay dead - and then I went down the left stairs without aggroing the far one so I could fight the third one hiding on the stairs under your platform and kill him before #2 arrived. I died after killing the first guy, of course.

the one hides on the stairs to the right. back stab him and it pretty much takes him out from the get go. then bring them into the jail. Get them to go in a cell. Then roll out at shut the door of said cell. Now you should be one on one.

This whole area at the moment is just a huge middle finger from From.
Reviving enemies and three hunters in the same room that aggro at the same time. Can't imagine what the boss is going to be like!

leveling up bloodtinge will _only_ affect your gunshots--your melee attacks do not benefit at all. that said, i would level up both equally.

on my first attempt. I felt like I got lucky against him, which fits in nicely with how I conquered the entire area. Usually, I meticulously make my way through each environment, and by time I time I kill the boss, I feel like I've seen everything. But this time, I kind of stumbled through the area, rushing past the rock-throwing enemies, rolling through the poisonous swamps, until I found myself right at the bosses door.

The area felt like the place I fought Ceaseless Discharge in Dark Souls. I got through it so quickly I'm not really sure what was there. Kind of weird.

I don't remember getting any cords and I have killed Rom already, which was the last boss I've killed. I came in through the cave of poisonous waters and 3 giants from the Forgotten Woods, and I opened the door to get there from the very first lamp during that time. So far I just talked to her but she didn't seem sick... I guess I can try to swing at her now haha
