I still haven't been able to do co-op. Lvl 35 in cathedral ward and still can't find any co-op...

That's what I'm doing. Doing chalice dungeon which get surprisingly challenging but give NG+ levels of blood echoes. I'm way over leveled now lol.

It's probably possible to summon someone who is already down at the bottom and have them send it back up to you. I've gotten summoned a couple times for that boss when the Beckoner was riding the elevator down. Given how long it takes to teleport to a host's world, the game probably actually matched us before they got on the elevator.
If someone wants to experiment with that, give me a password and I'll meet you there.

I don't think I've really seen a perfect combat control list anywhere, and many resources, for example this image, are simply quite wrong in some ways. I can't even off the top of my head remember how it all works in the other games. I just found a second weapon to equip to make sure this stuff wasn't just quirks of the Cane.
For any of those who don't know at least, it seems:
There is no forward + R1 attack (either transformation)
There is no roll + R2 attack (either transformation)
Running + R1 is different than Running + R2 (per transformation, 4 total running attacks per weapon)
Backstep + R1 is different than Backstep + R2 (per transformation, 4 total backstep attacks per weapon)
The L1 transformation attack is always the same regardless of where it is used in a combo
You can use Roll + L1 or Backstep + L1 to use this attack without comboing into it, but there is no running + L1 attack.
For any of those who don't know at least, it seems:

I make a lot of mistakes which is actually a good thing because you can see how to avoid them when I start to, lol. I'm actually kinda embarrassed how badly I did that time
So what do Shining Coins do, anyway? I never found a place to spend them, unless I overlooked something...

Leave a bread tail behind. It's kinda helpful in some of the chalic dungeon. I used it after I killed
the host of nightmare dude since that place looks all the same to me

I am pretty sure I missed her and she still died. So, I am assuming she dies whenever you hit the baby.

Wait for a patch or beat the game. I decided to just beat the game and hopefully not get fucked next time.
Edit: Guys there is no fix for this. Co-operators at the bottom can not send the elevator back up.
Nope, you can remove a chalice whenever, but you can't switch them between altars.

I think Bloodborne has a wide range. I sometimes get cooped with NG people instead of NG+ people for BSB and Rom. Give it a try. Use password "GAF" and summon at the top of the elevator.
Repost. Her later phases are giving me fits.
And Defiled Chalice is done! What a fun boss fight at the end, took forever though, geez.

Congrats! What level were you?
Basically, his attacks are more delayed then they look so you can't dodge too soon or you'll get smacked. :>
