I finished 2 playthroughs but I never really did many Chalice Dungeons...I decided to start them now but I don't understand some things...do I have to do them in a specific order?...I did the first Pthumera one and then the Pthumera Root one but I want to try the Loran and Great Isz ones but can't because I don't have enough of the materials required (mostly the Ritual Blood)...and I can't buy Ritual Blood (4) and (5) from the vendors either
so I have to do them all in a specific order to unlock them?

Yes tha game is fucking amazing. I just beat it at level 86. Got the 3 endings by saving before the end. Is great that I saved before the end because I still need to go to Cainhurst Castle and Upper Cathedral, only then I want to start NG+. I have both open, but I was to lazy to do them. Not looking forward to fight the last 2 bosses again.
I already finish Eileen and Arianna quest line. Is there any other quest line I should finish before starting NG +?

Finish Unseen village. After that choose what optional areas you want to finish. I left cainhurst castle and upper cathedral for the end, but did tackle nightmare frontier which is also optional.

Someone beat it at lvl 4, so any lvl? All seriously, I have done upto the last chalice at lvl75. You just need to be patience, dodge, hit once and repeat.

Objectively? No. Everyone's got a favorite but there's no definite best.
There are some sets that are just objectively better for a particular situation/boss.
The Bone Ash set is for example excellent against a boss that specializes in both physical and fire based damage.... probably the best.

I am early in the game, just beat FG, and I sent the lady to the Odeon Chapel.
I received a pop up, something about Triumph, but I have no clue what that is. Looks like a gesture though it is not on the list.

There is maybe a best "allround" set, but there is no armor that is perfect for all situations I'd say. Not sure if there is a consensus, I love combining different sets to play Fashion Souls.
Some people miss the armor customization from Souls, but I think the new system is perfect for Bloodborne. Feels great to not have to worry about farming/upgrading armor anymore.

It was challenging. But of my 58 platinum trophies, it is one of my most rewarding.
The rush you get when fighting bosses....the frustration of losing to a boss...the thrill of victory when you finally beat a boss...I don't think any game I have ever played equals the sense of accomplishment of Bloodborne.
Oh...I say go for Ludwig's. I used it pretty much the whole game. Great weapon.

Go back to where you first met him and consider your options. Yes, you can do the quest.
Hmmm, continue binging on Daredevil, or laugh my ass off?
I just did it.
Go back all the way up the stairs from Forbidden Woods to Cathedral Ward and he'll be off to the side on that last landing before the password door. Give him the Unopened Summons you got from the Queen's table and he'll be happy. Go back to the Queen's throne and you'll see him there. Grab the Queen's Flesh from the chair. Now, go back to where you first met him in Cathedral Ward and you'll get a rune called Radiance. Tahdah! Quest over.

In Lower Pthumeru Chalice dungeon layer 4 there's this sewer section full of rats and sticky blobs. In one of the large circular rooms linked directly in the sewer, there's this item sitting on a ledge. Does anyone know how to get this item? There's no apparent way up there.
I was looking at that same spot earlier and couldn't figure it out.
Did anyone help you find out how to het up there?

If Alfred dies during BSB, is that a problem? 
Man, they really needed to level up NPCs a bit for NG+. Alfred is running around doing 14 damage while I do 700.

Well, if you're gonna spill out everything like that, at least do the complete version. Warning, heavy spoilers.
He WILL kill the queen, so if you want to learn her gesture, do that before by doing at least one covenant mission for her. You can also buy a few items in the shop upon completing his quest. Good thing is, even if the queen gets killed, you can revive her later in the game without consequences.
Sure just backup your save on a USB stick just after

Questions about Alfred's quest:
I gave him the summons and he killed the Queen, I then resurrected the queen and went back to check on Alfred at the altar where you first meet him and he was just kneeling there dead. Is there an explanation as to what happened? I've not been able to find anything so far.
