Kylo Ren has that classic Sith look to him. His design is pure evil looking, especially with the touch of red in his robe. I'm wondering if he is apprenticed to anybody or if he learned the ways of the Sith by himself considering how rough his lightsaber looks.
Those new stormtrooper designs look cool although I wonder what environment they are for.

It's pretty clearly Luke's original saber, so I doubt that. Also the hand doing the handing looks slim, female, and orange.

Yeah, plus doesn't "resistance" mean a group fighting against a foreign occupation? That's a bit strange since the Empire is hardly 'foreign'.
So, is there a consensus of who's Luke talking to who and so on yet?
My take was that the stormtrooper (Finn?) is someone who shows us bit from the empire side before changing sides and the young woman (Rey?) is new force sensitive, the first female jedi in the movies to counteract all those frustrated monks we had before. I'd imagine they'll want to shuffle the deck around the bit.
I'd like that since my daughter could then be a fan of a disney princess with a lightsaber.

Wonder how they will approach ren in regards to the mask, whether they will keep it on or give him a human look, or maybe play it out like Vader for a few films, its definitely a very striking visual image.
It's new dialogue quoting RotJ, except the last line, which is new. It's not taken from RotJ's audio.

I mean young as in old trilogy era. A young actor playing Carrie Fisher in a flashback. A reason to find that lightsaber, who knows.

Heh, I share those sentiments and often sympathize with the Sith.
What I'm wondering is how much of a ghost ship that is. Are there thousands of skeletons aboard? Surely lots of technological loot. I know this isn't Tatooine, but that would be a haven for Jawas.
