Well, to be fair, some of these are more important than others. Going through the ones you listed...

• Bethesda is really just that one announcement we all know is coming
• EA should be interesting with proper current-generation sports titles
• Sony should be interesting
• Ubi could be good if they have new small projects waiting in the wings to follow up on Child of Light, Valiant Hearts and Grow Home
• Square Enix isn't really anything if the Eidos stuff is at the PC conference
• Nintendo won't have a press conference, but their prepared long E3 video
• PC conference is a DAMN WILDCARD

Well, now that I thought about it... there is actually quite a lot to look forward to. :lol

To be honest Valve really squandered the opportunity to hold a steam conference at E3. It would have put Steam/PC gaming on the forefront at E3.

PC Gamer is doing the right thing. This could really help PC gaming for a variety of reasons.

I'm incredibly curious in what ways they'll manage to match the cringe factor of the publisher and sony/ms/nintendo conferences.
I know they will, I just can't wait to see how they'll pull it off.

Also who is going to be the poster boy/talking head for the pc conferences (like jack tretton or aisha tyler or cerny or one mirrion troops guy)
I hope it's not the nvidia ceo, that guy is such a dullard and always talks me to sleep.
Maybe it should be chris roberts or john carmack.

Outside of Tripwire (BUY KILLING FLOOR 2 GUYZ) that isn't an overly impressive list.

Devolver and Humble Bundle are nice to include, but I'm not sure they're going to be bringing big guns. Humble Bundle especially since it seems weird that a bundle "store" front would be at E3, but oh well.

I'm cautiously optimistic though. Maybe we'll get some bombshells like Arc System Works pledging support to bring GG:XX:Accent Core +R and GG:XXX to PC?

Humble doesn't need to have any announcements to be there, they could just go over their past stats and talk about how amazing and successful and game-changing this whole bundling thing has been, how healthy the PC platform is and how generous PC gamers are etc.

Basically a feel-good segment.

I mean, they still could have some crazy E3 bundle they're going to show off on the stage, but I think there's nothing wrong with just having them there talking about the Humble Bundle, Widget and Humble Store.
