But yeah, to all the casual fight fans who showed up, this was a prototypical Floyd fight. He is the apex of technical and defensive boxing. If you want to see some exciting fights, check out Pac's fights against Juan Manuel Marquez. They had four fights and every single one of them was positively fantastic.

You will however, not get exciting fights out of Floyd Mayweather ever. That's just how it is.

Like I would do the same thing in the ring. I get that most wanted a slug fest but these are two fast moving precision fighters. I think this match ended up being exactly the way it was supposed to be. They aren't heavyweights so I expected a lot of movement, dodging and small burst of speed hits.

Yep. And with the money involved and (assuming) neither are hurting for money, there's no point risking your brain over a single fight

Mayweather is a disgrace of a " boxer " and has been for the last 5+ years. He fights people when they are washed up or out of their prime. He runs the whole fight and nearly ducks till his head is on the floor.

He is an Ali wannabe without the heart or power or flare. He is fast and that is it. Which is why he hasn't been able to even knock anyone out for what 6 years? Unless that person has their hands at their sides lol.

Floyd fought his fight the way he wanted to....Pacman could have been more aggressive, he could have thrown more punches...he could have tried to make it a brawl.

He didn't,,,because he KNOWS that he would have been punished for it. He had just as much opportunity to make it an exciting fight..all the shit about his angles and aggression didn't mean SHIT because he was in there with someone who was BETTER than him!
