Okay, so...long conversations about what is or is not a thumbs up mean very little when you can't see what's happening.

What's the difference with the premium version?

Also, is there no way to get the premium podcasts on my podcast app on my phone like I do the regular stuff?

You don't get ads. Most people don't care about premium for the bombcast as the ads are considered a feature but it is there for those that don't want them. You can add them by using:

https ://username:password@www.giantbomb.com/podcast-xml/premium/

and

https ://username:password@www.giantbomb.com/podcast-xml/premiumbombcast/

I really like it when they don't talk about games. I'd rather listen to Jeff, Brad, Drew, and Dan yap about TV for 3 hours.

Yeah. If you listen to the premium Bombcast, you missed out on the "Hey, Small Business Man" skits.

In response to the Sega news segment: Nah, there's no way that they start promoting Persona 5 at TGS. The game's coming out this year—presumably both in North America and Japan—and we already know there's going to be the Blu-ray on June 25th. I honestly think there's a genuine chance that the game has a higher E3 presence than many think.

Nice podcast. Though, I can't say that last week's didn't leave me wanting.

And, heh, a lot of faction war kind of discussion. "Grant Kirkhope vs. David Wise" and "Ratchet vs. Jak and Daxter."

but can you surely say that having not experienced they noises together? These two tracks with "Jungle" in the title don't go together at all.

And I think Grant's Jungle is better.

No ads. It's possible to get them on your phone if you enter in the RSS feed provided on the webpage, then go into Advanced Settings and enter your login info. (I use BeyondPod, and it offers a built-in tool for feeds with usernames/passwords.)

I really didn't get the Taylor Swift hype in this episode. Honestly, Shake It Off is a bland pop song (it feels like 2.5 minutes of build up to no climax, and an abhorrent rap break.), and the comparison to Hey Ya is pretty treasonous. (I'm not a huge Outcast geek, but I have a hard time anybody will remember SiO in a decade.) Blank Space is better, still not exceptional. Never even heard Style.

I want to make a compilation of Brad asking "Is this the year?" in terms of Call of Duty losing public interest. I feel like he has been saying it since the first Black Ops.

Also I'm surprised Brad reacted somewhat dismissively when Jeff commented about getting back into Marvel Heroes. After his Destiny experiences I thought he'd be more into games with loot.

He's good, but not the right fit Yooka.

Grant is way better too.

This should exist because, as he said it himself, he's been saying it literally every year for a while now. Call of Duty's going to continue to be massive for the unforeseen future.

I'm in the same place in Bloodborne as Brad, but I'm taking a break to play Far Cry 4. I got tired of the Chalice Dungeons after a while and the last ones sound really hard, so I may never get the Platinum unless I can get someone to play with me and do the hard work.

That dungeon is complete bullshit, it's the only time throughout my entire playthrough of any Souls game where I've felt "this is unfair". There's absolutely no justification for them cutting your HP in half, and it doesn't happen in the main game either. Complete garbage.
