I actually think her stand up is funnier than her show, but Inside Amy Schumer has been really great this season. And apparently, her movie is getting the buzz to be the best Judd Apatow movie since Knocked Up. So we'll see.

Yup, pretty much. I don't find Inside Amy Schumer to be as consistent as, say, Key & Peele, but when she hits (which is more than she doesn't), she hits BIG.

The main thing to understand is how saturated american TV is with direct-to-consumer advertising for prescription drugs. Here's an example. Note that half of the advertising is devoted to softly-spoken serious side effects. This drug was later pulled because it was linked to 27 thousand cardiac arrests but hey, Merck made biillions so whatever they're still in business. This type of advertising was until quite recently banned in the US but now you can't go one commercial break in primetime without seeing at least one ad.

Also yeah the situation with access for women to basic reproductive health care is a serious crisis in my goddamn country.
