I know people are trying to say "she" and "her" as many times in their posts as they can.

But didn't Caitlyn want to still be referred as "he" for now? We should respect that.
Until the transition would be revealed, which it now has been.

She looks fantastic. Wow. Good for her!

She had a good phenotypical transformation medically, that's all. Some men can't fully look female after treatment. She's a female by gender identity but not genetically (x and Y chromosomes).

Just... fucking compliment her and move the hell on, for god's sake.

If that is still true, I apologize to Caitlyn, I know personal pronouns need agency.

I was just swept up by knowing the story, "call me Caitlyn", and the fact I look at the cover and see a beautiful and courageous woman that is sharing this whole process with the world.

Just how I saw it.

She looks great. There are some other pictures from the photoshoot going around on twitter that are also pretty classy.

It took me a while to figure out the cover. I haven't been following this.

I thought she was gonna keep Bruce.

Thread is going better than i expected.

Yeah me too. Weird. I came in expecting to be hurt and have to explain / educate / defend. Nope. I'm not used to this. This is how straight people must feel! You lucky bastards.

Ahahaha I so spoke too soon. See post below.

Best first reply in a long time. Good for her.

To do acknowledge and come forward so publicly with such a change in oneself takes amazing bravery. For the first time in 65 years she feels complete and correct. That has to be so freeing. Good for her.

I'm really confused about how the gold medals now. Didn't she break the Olympic rules by competing against men?

Assume she became who she wanted in her prime, would she be able to compete against women? I would assume she would still have the strength of a man if competed?

How does that work in the sporting world?

Not trolling, I'm honestly interested and confused by how this would work.

Holy moly he looks completely different. My wife watches Keeping up with the Kardashians regularly and I was watching all the About Bruce stuff.

Good for her.

I think everyone's confused about it right now. As far as I know (and from experience) muscle density totally goes (the opposite is true for trans men obviously).

But who knows. It's a difficult subject.
