How'd you figure? It doesn't take much to increase the textures and resolution to a game.
I'm so glad there's some actual colour; something Fallout 3 severely lacked.
Yes.

I'm guessing that MS has some sort of marketing deal and/or timed DLC on this one, as the XB1 version is sitting in the front of the set. Am I reading too much into the placement of the various boxes?

That is due to the apocalypse.

Knowing Bethesda, I consider it optimistic to think this game will run at a steady 30 FPS.

I'm dead serious. We have no info about the game. Your idea that the game has now changed in scope is unfounded. GTA 5 wasn't really a lesser game because it was on PS3/360 either. Its scope was pretty big NV came out 5 years ago.

Casual reminder that people play video games, not agonize over graphical effect minutiae.

Its less about the graphics and more Bethesda keeping their crappy engine which is buggy and janky as fuck. Of course people will complain.

They're starting off E3, revealing it there would have made all other news obsolete before they came.
Oh well, there are people at Bethesda smarter than me. I just want a few reveals and surprises left for E3!
You got all that from a single screenshot.
Impressive.

ha ha
ha ha
get it
it's a clever joke referencing how the graphics are so objectively bad that they can be equated to those of a game that came out in 1996
I am so clever ha ha

Anyone else disappointed this wasn't saved till e3?
That... doesn't look like shit. It looks pretty great actually.I pretty much expected it to look like shit, so I'm not too disappointed by those screens. I hope they at least learned a thing or two from New Vegas, other wise...
First screen ?

Reactions to early visuals like those in this thread are the reason why we get bullshots.
Guys, in anticipation for this I've been willing to play both PS3 iterations of Fallout, how do they hold up today? (after patches and such).
