Yup, that's something I didn't notice until yesterday. It's a good thing to keep track of.
and just be aware when someone has their special saved up. their head will look sort of like it's flaming.

I had one guy stop in the middle of a battle to fire off his inkstrike. Not sure whether once you see the animation you can still stop the launch.

That's interesting, pretty cool of them to figure out a way to do that so that when they say "come back tomorrow" they can really mean it.
Well they're not a solution to that problem, but it will be interesting to see if that significantly improves the connection problems.

Yeah, the shooting animation for the inkstrike is long, and depends on when they click. You can kill anybody calling in an inkstrike before they shoot it off, and it wont come out.

I finally made it to B-. That's not what I wanted to hear. Not at all. Maybe I'll just stop playing Ranked Battles now. B- is above average, right? I'll just stick with that.
Ah, who am I kidding.
Stealth is your best friend in B-, most people are good enough to be able to take you head on but still are still caught off guard by people behind them quite easily.

Oh gosh guys, I've now lost 4 games back to back in Ranked. 
Just got rekt again with a 100 to 0 no interruption match.
Turf War I have a blast, but Ranked can be soul crushing. It's just the losing streak. Wears you down. I got to C last night, and just watched it erode back to C -
EDIT: Backed out of lobby, and just got into a match where we decimated the other team and won 100 to 0 with interruptions. Damn. The extremes in this game are kind of jarring.

Is there a Charger with the Seeker? I'm having a blast (no pun intended) with this thing on the Aerospray. I'd love to have maximum linear coverage with long-shots and a sweet mobility mine.
I'm still a Level 15 peasant with 2-star gear that can't afford the 3-stars in the shop. I usually leave them too, but I'll take an easy TOO HAWT.

Nope. Wouldn't it kind of duplicate what your gun can already do? Sans the mobility.

I find the "Gal" weapons extremely useful in Splat Zones. I need that extra damage and range to splat people on the zone, and the range to keep people away from it. 52 Gal Deco is my goto on Splat Zones. Turf War aerospray all day.
Hey all, added my NNID to the spreadsheet a few days ago (zumphry, but my Mii is named Zayne) and just joined and played a few matches with Violet_O and finally started to have fun with Splatoon again. Went 0-3 w/ less than 30% each game against randoms before I joined, and I honestly considered putting the game up until they made matchmaking actually make you match with people around your level (probably my only problem w/ the game).

Aww. It would be redundant for long-chargers, but I'd also love it on an offense oriented Charger. Something like the Squiffer. More powerful, short shots. Mix it with pathing behind a Seeker and you could be a mobile sniper.

Getting 1400p and 11/0 in a turf war match is so satisfying. On top of finishing all the amiibo challenges I think it's a good day.
Anyone have any impressions of Splattershot Pro vs Jr.?
EDIT: Finally won 2 ranked matches in a row. Hopefully I can ride a wave of wins. Currently using Splattershot Jr. and am wracking up kills. Saw someone with the Splattershot Pro. Was kind of wondering if it's better? I see more people using Jr. Wondering why.

I experienced this a few days ago. Also, anyone want to top having all of the opposing team get DC'd in rank? Because that just happened. Me and my only team member that survived the lag spike celebrated by jumping and spamming the dpad messages. It was an undeserved win, but it was great. =DThe servers are totally fine

Pro consumes a lot of ink for added distance and damage. Jr. consumes less ink for shorter distance but wider spread and quicker rate of fire. It depends entirely on your preferred playstyle. Pro is definitely tailored a bit more for offensive strats.
Splattershot Pro uses up all its ink in like half a second, so I hated it.
Splattershot Jr. on the other hand is my favorite gun. Decent firing speed, decent coverage, good ink efficiency. Range could be a bit better, though.
I see very little Splattershot Pro and Jr in random matches. It's pretty much all Gold Aerosprays and Krak-On Rollers.
I don't think any one weapon stands out as clearly better just yet, things are mostly on equal footing. There are just some weapon combos that are much easier to pick up/more fun to use, so they get used more often.
Ah okay. I'm not very good when it comes to managing ink. So I'll stick to Jr. Thanks for the quick break down.
I saw that as well for the longest time. But I've see Splattershot Jr. a lot in Ranked.
That's not even that bad one time I had 6 disconnected as well but the 2 that stayed were me and someone else on my team , we got to like 90%
I'm hoping inkbrush is fun. Gold Dynamo Roller is currently my splat zones weapon, but I'd definitely swap to the inkbrush if it's more fun.
Yeah I tried the custom, but couldn't get used to the special abilities. My mediocre skills were wowed by the Bubble defense. But everyone seems to say Custom is amazing in Ranked (disruptor bomb + the main special)
