He didn't say exclusive. He just said you'll be able to get PC mods on Xbox One. Why are we just assuming that means you can't on PS4? Unless somebody explicitly says otherwise on stage, the general rule of thumb should be to assume it's probably true for both systems.

So far: Halo 5 - Halo, and whatever that means to you.
Recode - new IPs are nice, but it's just a CG trailer right now so pointless.
BC - Nice unexpected addition, but two years post launch is very strange to me. Feels like the impact is greatly diminished releasing it this late and it would have been a better bullet point feature at launch vs PS4.
Controller - Nice, i guess? I think the last controller that got me excited was optical mice.
FO4 - Mods thing could be a nice bonus, but I'll be interested to see if PS4 can do the same and what rules/restrictions there are.
EA Stuff - Meh.
