Shenmue was one I the reasons I bought a Dreamcast and remember it being one of the most overhyped POS games of the era. Never understood th fuss.

I do think though that if the kickstarter is successful(which it is looking increasingly like it will be) then a HD collection for the first 2 would be a logical thing to do.

I am not 100% sure they are fronting money or they have some deal with Sony but the pictures and presentation makes it look like they are in bed with Sony which means no matter how many x1 or wiiu fans ask there will never be a stretch goal. Fastest funded is a matter of so many data points, that it is hard to quantify. Is a game that has a goal of 50,000 the same as 2mm? Definitely not.

That said, this is the fastest to $1MM and will almost certainly be funded by tomorrow night at the absolute latest...
