It's only on Twitch, sadly.
Well, I'd say that at least the best ones: SR and Kamidori have translations. There's also Aselia and Yumina, which aren't as good, but they are still pretty good. I'm looking forward to JAST finally putting out an English version of Seinarukana, although they seem to have taken a page out of Valve's handbook when it comes to releases.
People will upload this on YouTube. It's the internet.

He's being sarcastic. It's a line often used by people being disingenuous about the platform. See also driver updates, playing on gamepad, comfy couches, etc.

Twitch died a couple of times during Sony's press conference while Youtube was still trucking along.

Youtube's streaming quality has been much better this E3. Better picture, higher framerate, more stable. Pretty much converted a lot of people to their new platform.
