Good shout, also Aim if he counts (firmly in trip hop territory).
Aim - Cold Water Music
And DJ Yoda gets it.
Does Iggy Azalea count as non-us hip hop?
US Hip-Hop is best Hip-Hop.
The UK stuff feels like a bad imitation, and I'm from the UK.
for some reason i really like this bit of french hip hop

dunno what theyre saying but it sounds good
Does this include Korea?
I've grown to like Finnish rap maybe even more than US. It's a fairly new thing here. Of course it's been around since the 80's but the main language (for Finnish rap) was English until the 2000's. It was a common conception that English is the only valid language for Hip-Hop music. Luckily that view was proven wrong.
We have good producers and rappers nowadays even though we tend to borrow (copy) loads of shit from the States. Both in sound and topic. Finnish rap has no market value anywhere else. Our language sounds god-awful to outsiders.
mostly corny garbage by people who don't understand U.S hiphop culture.
You telling me this guy, finest specimen of Austrian music, doesn't understand U.S. Hip-Hop culture?
Non US hip hop is limited exclusively to Dizzee Rascal.
Cultural appropriation.
Just wondering. My favorite non US, non mainstream Hip-Hop tune.
I love UK Hip-Hop, some amazing stuff coming out. What do you appreciate whether American, Euro or whatever?
I bought the heartbreak hotel on my own, with no investors. Closed it down and opened the Fuck You, get over it, Bed and Breakfast.
I love any music with a social commentary,
Well if you're American you kind of have a way of forcing your culture down the worlds throat. So don't be surprised when we mimic your shit in some ways.
This.
I actually recently took a trip to France, and French hip hop is... not good. Sounds like it's from the 90s. I heard a lot of record scratches.
