And for people who hadn't discovered the series until recently? It can be old as dinosaurs and it's still new to them, not their fault they'd never heard of it before.

It has a long ass story arc, and yes it does have a plot, and this is the final chapter of P4 universe. and yeah timeline is after P4G.

P4 -> P4 arena -> P4G -> P4D

Yeah, Rise got trapped in the TV and you need to rescue her. Kanamin (the girl from Rise's S-link) is also involved. I think she''s doing some behind the scenes work together with Nanako while the Investigation Team is in the TV. Kanamin also has an idol group, Kanamins Kitchen, which features some new characters.

Actually if you have US account in PAL system all the stuffs will be accessible. But then there is no multiple account system in vita which is stupid.
