I honestly have no idea what you're talking about. Arcades outside of Japan and Asia have been so dead for years that it's not really worth talking about. Arcades in Japan and Asia are mostly dominated by familiar traditional franchises, and a shitload of card-driven stuff based on toy franchises targeting young kids.
My point is, if Sega didn't crater, Suzuki probably wouldn't have left and would have been in a position to produce more games. But they did crater, and there were less opportunities. And outside of Sega it was probably hard for Suzuki to get much funding to do the same shit he could do while at Sega, so he just.... went mobile like every other has-been Japanese developer.
