On one hand, this is very vague. I cannot tell if he is explicitly saying he will do whatever he can to block gay marriages or if he is pandering to Christian votes by conflating the issue of gay marriage with attack on Christianity. ie. he won't stop gay marriages but will ensure Christian's are protected in their right to their beliefs.

What do you think?

Who is he to say this isn't what the Constitution is saying? I'd really like to think that this is what our founding fathers would have wanted if they were here today. I'd like to think that this is what they meant when they said "all men are created equal."
