It barely matters at this point. So far, one "shoto" has a universal parry which builds meter for guard crushing/unblockable fireballs, and another has an almost-KOF style command run and FADC. They're going to be more fundamentally different than in any other SF game.

Ken moves are outrageous, faster, and stylish than ever before.

What makes a shoto is the specials, not the normals. Sakura has had a variant on the usual for ages, but she's still a shoto. Same for Sagat.

Anyway, I'm freaking hype. He looks real good. Technically a shoto, but the moves are way different from Ryu like in Omega mode. In fact, I'd go as far to say that some of his stuff looks like Onis Omega mode changes.

As for the teaser, I'm thinking Akuma or Urien.

That's why it's kind of felt like it's missing...something to me so far with all the footage. Ken's move set looks like there's a lot to it. I dunno, I need to play. Something about it so far still feels slightly bare bones.

I think SFIV is more link/execution focused. In SF V the combos are shorter but it's still all about the easier to perform combos.
