I'm down for that as they are some tough bastards but I don't see it. Doesn't look like Maori at all. It's not elaborate enough for starters and I don't imagine a Capcom designer would go very subtle with "tribal warrior" tattoo face.

One of the new character were unidentified, so not necessarily. He said they were targeting South America, Africa and South Asia. Doesn't mean they couldn't make an Oseanian character.

I really disliked the SF4 art style and have appreciated the evolution it's taken in SFV, so it's a shame I don't love the redesign of the franchise's best character.

that's not what people are saying looks like a divekick, the ex hurricane kick in the air has more of a divekick-like trajectory, it's probably not going to have variable heights like normal divekicks, but it definitely has a trajectory more similar to a divekick

This is the kind of thinking that kept Sakura in a school uniform, and that's terrible.

Then change everyone, everybody else came back looking the same. I particularly have never been a fan of Chun Li's costume not even in SF2 its always looked patronizing not me and am more of a Alpha costume fan.
