Do you get the prime discount when preordering games? If so you should be fine.
Pretty impressed. I guess those are ps4's with new thermal paste on it. A really good deal imo.

Sorry, I should have been more specific since it is still fairly new. Some preorders, like starwars battle front, will say "Amazon Prime Member Savings Members of Amazon Prime qualify for a lower price on this item when shipped and sold by Amazon. Add it to your cart and see the discount at the final check out page."
If you get that discount you should be good to go for the prime day sales.
I'm guessing they're of the same quality as open-box replacements from warranty claims... which I have. Mine's working just fine. You get the same warranty (and can purchase the same extended warranty) as a retail unit.

512GB Evo is £130 at amazon UK, so I could buy two of those as storage drives for £260. I'd want the 1TB to drop close to £200 to jump on it.

Nah I'll settle for the standard controllers I'm not that unreasonable.
Nintendo hardware on amazon US is always sold by a third party even if it is fufilled by amazon. It goes back awhile and neither party has said exactly why but the rumor is it has to do with amazon getting a lot of returns over the 3DS hinges and Nintendo wouldn't credit them the returns.
I second this notion but with dollars.
Console plus 2 games plus Live for 200 would be OK too.
Make a new account with another email and use the free month trial.
I hope they'll have some sony/samsung tv super cheap, I need a new tv to play with my ps4.
