Does the camera support voice commands in all the video apps?

Unless it was patched in and I never realized it, there is no camera voice support in Amazon or Netflix or HBO Go or Hulu Plus that I ever noticed. I don't know about the media app or blu-ray, as I never used those on my PS4.
