Yes, it's US, however it has a monopoly link attached to the countdown. Not sure if it's bugged for monopoly or if far cry 4 is a typo

Only the first prints of the game come with the code. The code should be invalid due to it getting a standard demo already (mine updated when the new demo dropped but I haven't checked to see if it changed).

There's a chance it could. I bought Alien Isolation for $30 on Black Friday at Best Buy and it came with the Ripley DLC mission (the one they kept hyping as "pre-order only"). So, as long as it's a day one copy it should.
