I think we will have a reveal end of august at Gamescom, maybe 1 character here and one at the TGS.
Gamescom is early August and I don't expect a reveal, because there is no Sony conference.

He is bulky but tbf, that sprite is deformed. This is more what he looks like in the game.
So he is slightly less bulky than what your sprite showed.
It always irks me to see SF3 sprites deformed. I thought you were fans of the game? You probably watch SD TV stretched on your LCDS, and complain about black bars on your dvds.

One per month would be a very good pace IMO. With 8 chars left to show, it would lead us to March next year.

We can still get a trailer during august.
We know have 8 characters, leaving 8 to be revealed. We are 6-7 months away from Feb. which is the current release date for SF5.
So at least 1 character each month.

So this new guy is South American, this goes along with the supposed leak doesn't it in terms of countries, but not names.

Which leak? Ken Bogard's? Because he specifically mentioned Brazil, but he only talked about 3 of the 4 new characters.

I hope so too. I'm curious to know where she'll go in design, and fighting style.
It can also come out March or January. All we know is it will be out this fiscal year. A new reveal during the Paris thing when Sony actually has a conference seems more likely to me.

I dont know where Necalli is from, but Ono video teased a brazilian character to be announced at Brazil Game Show. I think they are two different characters.
It showed up on their fiscal report with a release for this fiscal year. That means March 31st at the latest unless something changes. Doubt it though, the game seems to be on track.

Then again, there was the 4th character without a specific nationality in Ken Bogard's leak, so Necalli could be South American without that interfering in a Brazilian newcomer.
Yeah, same. Really wishing they don't go the capoeira route with the Brazilian newcomer in terms of fighting style, even thought it is 'the' Brazilian fighting style. Design-wise, I would love if she (or he) was a native Brazilian, because I don't think I have ever seen a native Brazilian in video games.

Some have noticed on the US Store that the pre-order page listed Feb. for the release date, but now the page does not give a date, hence why I assumed it was in Feb. which is early spring.
Seeing as Capcom would like for the game to have as much play time as possible before evo, it is likely they'd release it during Feb. at the earliest.
What do you mean by native anyways. Indigenous?
So far real life Brazilians look like ordinary people. Even their MMA-viable martial arts are jiujitsu and vale tudo which won't stand out in a colorful fighting game unless Capcom adds spice to it.

What if she went Maculele? :V I wouldn't mind it if she played more like Christie (SFxT ver.) with stances and whatnot. It'd be different from Elena, being a little more complex.
Or just go Brazilian Jujitsu/Vale tudo. Maybe even throw us off completely, fighting in a something that isn't of her origin. Lol
Oh, nice, pretty interesting stuff there. That could very well be the date they want to go for on the release of SFV. I'm just curious about how they'll do character reveals.
I feel there will be more moments with two characters.

Actually Necalli reminds more of Hanma Yujirou and Pickle from Grappler Baki.
Myself I wouldn't mind Anderson Silva. It is grounded and raw like Makoto rather than fantastical like Adon/Sagat.
He seems more like Broly than Kars. Kars is pretty and elegant, while Broly is thuggish/brutal.

Knowing Capcom I wouldn't be surprised. What if she is a samba dancer or something. xD
Ideally I would make her a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu practitioner, but as long as the character isn't a walking stereotype, I will take what I can get.
An Anderson Silva-like character would be fine by me, though I am expecting the newcomer to be female (due to the leak).

So since there wasn't a teaser at the end of the trailer I'm going to assume the next reveal will be of 2 characters. I'm also going to assume it'll be at TGS and it'll be two female characters. I'm guessing it'll be Karin and someone. I also think that the returning character from SF4 will definitely be Juri now since Necalli has seismos and the roster need more females. My guess on the next 8 characters are;

The way Ken Bogard said things imply he doesn't know everything. He said he didn't believe any roster with Mika in it, not that she wasn't in 100%.
Remember how he said Ono was teasing Laura in those tweet pictures where he was teasing Necalli? Yeah.

Juri will probably be back, yeah. She is possibly the most popular SF4 newcomer by a huge margin.
Karin coming back without Sakura would be a bit weird.
By the way, can someone clarify to me why some people are happy C.Viper is supposedly not in the game because of Necalli's moveset? Is she supposed to be a hated character?

Yeah I suspect that as well, primarly because we didn't get a teaser during Dictator's trailer then we got 2 characters revealed together.
