I just used the live chat on amazon.ca, tied it to my SF5 preorder and asked if they were sending out codes today. Support dude just gave me a code and I was able to redeem it online.

If you pre-order digitally on store I think you would have access to just download client. I don't think there was a need to wait for a key.
