I got mine after starting a chat session with them (amazon.ca). They just gave me the code no questions asked.
I have not received an email yet though (and at this point I don't expect to).

It does look good doesn't it, I was actually thinking of getting both disc and digital as well. It's really the only game I may need to carry over to play a gaming session, so the disc also has it's benefits here. Small tournaments amongst friends and the like....

I was just told that I should receive my Amazon code before the end of the day. Poo.
I might just be too impatient, but this is process is pretty wonky, so I kind of fear that.
However, unlike what I got from Amazon US, where I was just reassured I'd be getting my code soon and my question was sent to marketing, Amazon Canada just straight up gave me my code immediately, even though next to it it said I'd be getting an email with the same one in the future. Thanks for the suggestion.

Amazon.ca here; had to chat to get the code too, but it worked and was extremely fast, so I suspect they're getting a lot of these requests.
Shame about the stick support because I can't afford a PS4 stick right now, but realistically, I would get bodied even if I had a stick lol.

I had to do the same thing.
I just did the amazon chat but I was told that the code is serviced through marketing and promotions and they don't have a support chat. I was told I'd get my code from them within 2 business days, which is fine - I just want it before thursday so I can play it as soon as the beta starts.
Just preordered from Amazon. So I need to chat with a representative to get one?
