Yup, it's awful. Can't watch most streams these days. I even seen some speed runners have it.

I've seen this mostly be a problem for fighting game streams, most streams I watch don't even show the notification and some don't even mention new subscribers(most only thank them for a second then move on). These guys need to get with the times and remove that notification that pops up every time someone follows, it literally never stops popping up.

Okay, so I played about 10 matches with Bison, and I am so confused. What is a Bison player supposed to do (in USFIV even, since I bet this hasn't changed much) after Double Knee Press L is blocked?

I kinda felt bad when I did DmC DE stream for almost a week and made it to GMD mode then stopped right after that. I was doing well on the Leaderboards at the time and had gained a lot of followers and viewers (300+ at one time). I don't think I will stream ever again until DMC5 comes out.

Max damage I got outside of V-Trigger was about 50% health on j.HK, s.HK, c.MP, EX Scissors. Did ~70% stun.

His new flame pillar move is how you pressure. c.mp xx pillar has a gap, but its + on block, cmp xx knee has no gap but is -
basically. unless they figure out to put out a fast move (st. short) after a blocked one then you play a game of blocking, counterpoking with cr mp to pillar, and scissors kick.

Yeah, but you need to get in to land c.MP, haha. Can't just walk up and do that short-range attack. If you do Knee Press L, you're at too much of a frame disadvantage to c.MP into pillar. I think pillar strings are primarily for the corner - mid-screen it's hard to get into position for c.MP while also having down charged for 2 seconds.
His BF+P has a LOT of active frames. I think it might be a bait move, but I haven't had time to work it out yet. SRKs don't have a lot of priority in this game, I've noticed, and lose invincibility quickly. Maybe Bison is supposed to Knee Press L, and then throw out the BF+P to punish jabs. Even when I did Knee Press L, s.LK, Knee Press L, I sometimes got grabbed before the s.LK, so that isn't a viable pressure string in the long run.
It's day one of SFV, and everyone is mashing down-back LP, haha.

We finally bought a PS4. Is there a finally a good PCB that allows you to use older sticks or should I just buy a new one? Stick has been with me for I think 5 years now and I guess buying a new one wouldn't really cost much more than replacing all the parts. What are the best current options?

TE2 and HRAP 4/5. You could also padhack it with DualShock 4 or Fighting Commander 4.
Also PSA: If you have a PS4 controller, try using it on the PS3 in PS4 mode. If it works, you'll probably get 6-7ms less input lag because the PS4 mode reports a higher poll rate.
