max is 100% on some kind of white list. literally impossible to argue otherwise

This is a beta though. The game doesn't come out till next year. That stuff can easily change.

Which capcom would need to whitelist him.

And at this point he defied all possible logic and probability, it took all of us HOURS, to get in once, he relogged in more than 5 times today with no issues and a total of 30 seconds in between log out.

My friend who lives about 30 minutes away from max(and is salty as a MFer today) disagrees.

I don't think location matters that much. I've got 30+ matches now and I'm in PA, but I've fought a lot of non-NA players throughout despite this meaning to only be here.
