Supes doesnt want to kill Batman. He always holds back. He'll likely be depowered somehow (kryptonite, kryptonian atmosphere, etc.). Batman likely has Wonder Woman in his corner.

And plus Batman has never beaten Superman in a fight in the comics anyway. If you want to call dropping Lois off a building to break Poison Ivy mind control or faking a heart attack "winning", then sure Batman won a few times. But most of the time, it's all about stunning, distracting, and weakening Superman than actually fighting him
