The 30 are available from Game, the other 4 I have no idea, but they don't seem to be on Amazon or Shopto. But given how the RB3 songs came from HMV, who knows where these will appear, if at all before the standard DLC release.

A shame how I already have 22 of the 30 songs already owned, but for Blink and the other RBN songs I'll happily use the code. I just wish that Special Effects by Freezepop was on there, that was another RBN song that got away from the PS3. That and Cease and Desist by The Main Drag. One song that didn't make it due to the end of DLC and the 5 RBN song per week limit.

Are you sure you're not thinking of the Rock Band 2 20 free songs? He's talking about the pack of previously on-disc Harmonix songs from Rock Band 2 that was released several months after Rock Band 3.

Oh I remember getting that actually.

Annoyed I missed the deadline for exporting RB green day songs but whatever.
 
I think I'm answering the questions I was asked, sorry if I missed anything:

- The microphone is a big step up from previous gen USB mics, for sure; don't know when we'll make it available as a standalone product, but I'm sure it will happen. Stay tuned.
- Digital pre-orders are a thing that should happen on both platforms, but there are some logistics we have to work out first. Again, stay tuned.
- Can someone link the Spotify wishlist playlist again so I don't have to dig through the thread? I'm feeling lazy.
 
I have a question I don't think anyone has brought up. Since you have the new freestyle guitar option, is there any chance that during Big Rock Endings we could use that instead of just the open lanes to spam notes? I know that it's probably a long shot to try and include that since the bass doesn't have anything similar to freestyle but I just thought it might be a cool option to take under consideration.

I think I remember hearing someone from Harmonix stating there would be an option in the store to download all purchased music. Or maybe I dreamed that lol!

It really would. Rock Band 3 was my first true exposure to them with The Con and they ended up becoming my favorite band. Sainthood has the most interesting songs for RB in my opinion so it would be nice to see anything from there really.

At this point, I'm willing to get a PS4 on release date for this thing.
I LOVED Rock Band 2 and Beatles: Rock Band, so I want to support this for sure.

This is to me the only thing which is preventing me to pre-order the game. I just need that confirmation that it at least will be added on a later date. Without online there is just no reason for me to get RB4 :(
 
The Spotify list is always open it just takes me time to add to it because of work and it's kind of a pain to swap back-and-forth between windows on my iPhone

I'll be adding in more ideas on what we can add to Spotify but right now everyones still getting in there five pack of songs

I really hope they will remember to make Breakneck Speed always on, even when you restart. I am so tired of manually turning on BNS every single time I start the game up.

I would be down for some of the new Lamb of God album (512 or Delusion Pandemic XD) and, For some more mainstream content, some new Disturbed or Five Finger Death Punch.

I love how fun metal songs tend to be on RB.
 
Every time I see this thread bumped I get excited thinking they might have announced some new tracks.

We're about two months away, they need to start revealing more soon, right?

YUP. And they're great. I'm glad they're back. The audience will also shout requests when you're playing in "Shows" mode (in between songs). It's preeeeety great.

Yeah, I love punk-rock. There is WAY too little in Rock Band. I have thousands of songs, and there's probably less than 50 punk-rock ones.
