No they weren't. Only Evil Ryu and Oni were added in later. Ken, Dan, Sakura, Gouken, and Akuma were all in the vanilla version.

Sean is fun to use, and, relevant to this game, he is pretty much fundamentals personified. SFV is more about fundamentals, so it would be a good fit. I think we need an MMA/takedown character now that we have a boxer and a pro wrestler (and pseudo-karate guys, obviously).

On topic, Mika looks fun to play, which is good. But visually, I'm a little disappointed. Hopefully they upgrade her model a bit before the game's release. I do find it amusing that they are giving the finger to everyone who said she would only be in with a redesign. If you wanted a bombastic character, you're getting a bombastic character. Mika is gonna make booty eaters out of all her foes!

Still, ... Ken and Nash are the only major redesigns so far, right? That's disappointing. Not "surprise, here's Vega!" disappointing, but yeah. Be brave, Capcom!

I agree with this. Super dumb outfit, but the personality makes up for it. And she's got wrestling moves, yo.

Many Street Fighter characters have the personality of a piece of cardboard, so R. Mika is a refreshing inclusion.

Angel had the Rock Bottom in KoF 02, but Mika in SF5 is what happens when a dev. realizes the character is a wrestler and decides to go all out.

The initial beta will only include Ryu, Chun, Bison, Nash, Cammy, and Birdie. Mika, Necalli, and Ken are only playable if you go to gaming shows where it's being shown. But later betas could include them or other unannounced characters.
