Pretty sure there is at least a basic arcade mode like in every Street Fighter game before. Doubt it'll go to to MK/DOA lengths though.

I doubt mods are big enough deals to get some sort of mainstream coverage. There are worse mods for games like Skyrim, Fallout etc that never get any press. And personally this 'defend videogames' stuff is just silly. Not everyone sees games as an artform and thats fine.

it's been stated that they're going to put a bigger focus on story but we don't know to what capacity, so be positive but have realistic expectations.

Well we don't know, but the only creditable person whp has leaked info has said Capcom knows they messed up with the storymode for 4 and it'll be a bigger focus for V.

Yes, they just aren't ready to talk about it yet. Terry Bogard (the leaker that's been accurate so far) said that Capcom knows the screwed up with SF4's single player and SFV will be much better. Ono has also praised MK9 for its single player

What's wrong about that is you tell someone "hey, do whatever you want, no consequences" and the first thing people do is rip off women's clothes. Actually watching the trailer, playstyle-wise she looks VERY fun to play with. Would be one of my main stables, easily.
Despite being a grappler she's still very mobile, not slow and clunky like a Zangief. Her, Birdie and Nash are probably my favorites so far from a playability POV.
They'll see a consequence in that those risque mods aren't officially supported by Capcom and Capcom themselves would never do something like that.
Having said that, it's silly to have this argument because you know mods are going to do it anyway, not just for the women but the men too, and it's somewhat disingenuous to be on this moral high ground when it comes to a video game but people don't adapt this stance to, say, porn in general.
If you don't want those mods, don't get them. Playing on PS4 virtually guarantees you'll never see them, and I doubt those using them on PC will find many players they can even technically play against, let alone would want to play against them. They'll ostracize themselves from the majority of the playing base and that's a pretty damn big consequence for someone into fighting games.

You're forgetting something: That stun combo works only against Gouki and Remy. The rest of the cast have higher stun bars so they wouldn't get stunned.
SF5 just needs to tweak stun values so the chances of seeing stuns happening in matches is uncommon.
