Not really? She doesn't have a real command grab outside of Super. Only one is her dash one and that can be ducked unless they've changed her DP into being a real grab.
I'm not sure where people are getting an RKO from, it's pretty obviously a bulldog.
But you don't like her because of her character. You don't like her because there may be nude mod, because it feed to the idea of game = basement dweller, because she looks crineged as fk. Not because hey she is a female wrestler who just happen to have big ass and boobs.
When I saw the kick; I marked out a little. I am sort of hoping she has a few other fun finishers hidden. I saw the Rear View and what might have been a Death Valley Driver?

As for the design - it is ridiculous and appropriate. It's pretty in-line with what women's wrestlers (in the US, Mexico, and Japan) wear in terms of over the top outfits.

So we still OT'ing about female grapplers? Because I think Makoto fundamentally falls into that category. Karakusa itself isn't deadly, but it can lead to just as much damage as any 360/720. Thus her gameplan is generally centered around making her opponent fearful of getting grabbed, and punishing/harassing them accordingly.

Still bothers me though. Costume is more impractical than her old one too (falls in the Mai and Ibuki school of "how does that stay on?") and looks worse. And I feel that the the style clashes when you have Vega newly covered up and Mika wearing less than ever, on screen at the same time. That puffy shirt is dumb.
