Problem with that is: in no region is Dictator named Balrog.

Yeah, I know. I just feel like those name assignments are more appropriate than what they currently are in any region.

I mean, Tolkien's Balrog is a fine literary namesake for Dictator, and Vega is both a Spanish name and derived from Arabic for "falling eagle".
