I think I read Rock Band Network songs won't be available to download? Was going to give out my pre-order songs but if Bang Camero is only available that way then I'm keeping it.

As of now, they will not be available at launch.
It's not the only way, there are always the RB1 and RB2 exports (if you have those games). But yeah, there's no RBN support as of now.
EDIT: Okay, I bit the bullet, I just pre-ordered the game for XONE. Won't be able to play it until December though, due to me not yet having the money for the actual console.

Are the pre-order bonus tracks not available in the solus version (UK if that makes a difference)? I don't see them listed, and this can fuck right off for a few weeks if they aren't. It's already stupidly expensive as it is.

God help me I'm going to buy that super expensive UK Band in the Box bundle. But can someone tell me if they will be selling the cymbals again? The ones I had previously have a broken piece. Or even if someone knows where I could get the brackets that fit them onto the drums?

What I mean is: those sorts of bonuses are to entice people to preorder. If we haven't heard details about Xbox One digital preorder bonuses two weeks from launch, there probably aren't any. Maybe I'm wrong, though.
Edit! Derp, I forgot that Xbox One digital preorders weren't up yet, which invalidates my whole line of thinking. There's a very good chance you're right.
Oh, yeah, more new tracks there than I thought.
But they do need to get that up (w/ adapter pre-orders) asap. I'm starting to think the adapter won't make it.

Haha I am surprised, but people have been screaming for Babymetal for ages so I guess it was inevitable. Vocal will be fun drunk, but the guitar will be a pain. Hope we'll see even more Japanese rock/metal songs in the future.
The adaptor popped up on Amazon a couple days ago but then got taken down. So it should be up soon.

I have the adapter preordered, but my drums are ion and only one of my guitars are wireless, so on average the claim of legacy instruments being supported doesn't really apply to me.
I'm not going to go without the set though, and i get that is the way it is due to insurmountable changes. I just feel like the marketing words are vague and misleading to say old instruments will work.
Great point, but probably won't happen. Their servers are gonna take a big hit launch day- everyone trying to re-download their legacy DLC. Gonna be a mess.

Rock Band Central server on the other hand might fuck up if HMX still want that Locally at their HQ.

I believe they were actually one of the most highly requested bands for the game. I don't personally care for them, but I'm happy for those that wanted them in Rock Band.

Are we getting standalone instruments? All my (sigh) RB DLC so far is American, and I'm in the UK. So I need/want to get a new guitar, but want to buy the game from the US PS4 marketplace. Confusing and confusinger.

I just realized I'm excited about the likely digital preorder songs and do eventually want to be a digital owner, but i had to order the bundle cause i needed some new instruments.
I probably can't even just sell the game itself for a good amount since it's useless to people that don't have the adapter. Hrmm.
