Famitsu "leaks" Laura for Street Fighter V

Skin tone looks fine. There are many people in Brazil with olive skin like hers, I lived there for 6 months. Everyone is mixed.

Never said there aren't light skinned people there, but I know there are many dark skinned people there too and Street Fighter only has one other black girl.

Took her into photoshop. This if how I actually wanted her to look.

Aw, man... That would have been amazing.

@Yoshi_OnoChin: I have been stabbed from behind..However I'm thinking about working hard on @EGSmexico @BrasilGameShow NY comic-con.Plz get out of my way...

Looks like she was meant for the Brazil gaming show

Oh wow, that sucks. Hope he doesn't feel bad for long, he's been doing a lot to keep consistent levels of hype for SFV for months now.

...damn, now I don't know which one I like more.

Well, there's Pallum from the EX series, though she might be more of a dark brown. And she's from the EX series so non-canon.

Whoa she looks awesome! Capcom has been nailing the newcomers so far.

But damn I feel really bad about Ono :( I can imagine how much it sucks to have your reveal plans spoiled, especially when he puts so much time into traveling.

New Street Fighter characters can feel weird at first. Maybe it's because of how few and far between we get them? Like, I can see how Ryu translates throughout all his designs and iterations easily. But how would Rashid, Necali, and Laura fair going the opposite direction? Same with the SFIV characters. They feel tailored made for the game they star in, but the older generation, whether through new design or new characters or new style, fits like a glove in both old and new games. Just a random thought.

i think Juri, Rashid and Laura could all work as far back as SF2. they have 'clean' styles that speak their place of origin loudly.

I've kinda noticed this too. What's the hairstyle called?

Most girls just call it a side braid and it's been around for a very long time. It's recently made a come back.

The side cut is the alternative look but most people look dumb with it. Cassie made the side cut relevant and her and Rihanna are the only chicks who look good with it.

Also, she's Arabian isn't she? No African blood in her I'd assume.

Elena shouldn't be the only black girl in Street Fighter, especially since she falls into the trope of black women with white hair.

Here's a fighter I drew a few years ago. I've always wanted just a regular street fighting black girl. No Capoeira, no BJJ... Just a street brawler like you'd see out of Final Fight.
