Because the people "concerned" about her skin color aren't actually Brazilian, and their reasons for speaking up have nothing to do with Brazil and everything to do with their personal identity.

Also guys, my coworker of like 7 years is Brazilian and she and all her family that lives I jersey are much lighter than me, they look mostly white until you hear the accent. In fact, I probably thought she was white the first time I saw her, Brazilian race is pretty much color neutral I believe. Guys talking out of there arse lol...
