Now fire everyone else, including the owner and we can get back to making the wildcard in about 3 years!

.

But if this was a Patriot, Wells and the Godell goon squad would already be in Foxboro trying to take away draft picks with the enire ESPN crew and Ray Lewis questioning the teams morality and how they cheated by kicking the guy in the head and only made it look like an accident. Tweets from Mort and crew would then follow stating that there were at least 12 other kicks to the head that were extremely more violant and purposeful according to sources.

Uh, hasn't Goodell been pretty heavy handed with Suh in the past?

Dan Campbell is a boring, smash you in the mouth type of coach most likely. He was the most respected of the bunch. Word is, he was the most respected out of all the remaining coaches. That's the sad part. They had to look all the way down to the Tight Ends coach to find anyone of value that the other coaches and players actually respected.

which is why I said like on 3rd downs. Worded t wrong a bit. Still high after doing awesome squats I guess.

Philbin/Lazor ran idiotic pitch/trick plays on 3rd and 1.

I will take a run up the middle on 3rd and 1 or 3rd and 2, instead of going 0/15 on 3rd down conversions and 0/8 on the goal line after 8 straight passes

Edit: I didn't want to come off as angry to you or anything, but holy fuck am I sick of seeing this kind shit on 3rd down. Its what kills us more than anything else, even our bad defense.

He was seeing yelling at Egnew on the sidelines so at least we might see some entertaining outbursts, but he's just the captain of the sinking ship, Ross just wasted an entire season by not doing this last year.

When they dropped their last 2 games to miss the playoffs everyone should have been gone. Bringing Philbin back made no fucking sense at the time. They just wasted another year of Tannys development.

This x 1000

I'm thinking Tannehill gets canned at the end of the year as well. Some of that contract money can be salvaged the way they arranged it.

Tannehill is an Aggie so I've always hoped he would succeed. But his last year at A&M was rough. They would blow so many leads. He would throw bad INTs. It cost Sherman his job. Afterwards there was lots of talk of the team being out of shape and Tannehill still too raw from his switch to QB from WR

And I do think the tools are there, he was really a guy who needed development. He was a WR a year before being drafted! So the worst place to go was a team that couldn't block and had no WRs. I think he is already broken,

And I've said before that Ross cares more about Michigan that the Phins, and the whole Harbaugh thing is super-sketchy

And then what? Draft a guy and pray? How's that been working out for the rest of the league?

Tannehill is here to stay for at least one more year and probably longer unless he has a complete and total meltdown.

No way they let him go, Best QB we've had since Marino (that speaks more to how bad it's been but still). He'll be here through next coaching staff,

Nah, especially after that Practice squad story that leaked. Dude is done. Unless he can throw 3000 yards, 25 TD, 7 Int's, he's gone. Id rather have Jay Fiedler honestly. I mean, I know it sucks to start again, but dude can't make throws. I'm running out of excuses. I really am. 18 yard out and you can't make it?

My wife is actually not super excited about the Philbin news since it's during the season but it was needed. He isn't good enough. I, on the other hand, would be ecstatic if Lovie got fired during the season.

Highly doubt it. Getting some better competition in the backup spot? Sure. But who would they replace him with that would give us a better chance to win? Especially with this o-line.

Jim Harbaugh to Miami next year. Then we'll see who the bullies are.

I definitely think he'll return to the NFL but it'll be 3-5 years. Michigan has started better than anyone could expect this year but I still don't think this is going to be the quick fix folks expect. Will Harbaugh settle for constantly coming in second or third behind a blatantly cheating OSU, and MSU? Some years he'll be ahead of MSU but I just don't see OSU falling until the NCAA drops the hammer.

I think Pennington was better, but if you meant in terms of drafting, definitely.

Pennington had that one good year but in terms of talent I think Tannehill could be much better then Pennington ever was.

Tannehill isn't the problem on this team, even with this terrible start he's been playing well. Tannehill is part of the appeal of the coaching gig in Miami, we have a decent foundation to build upon and Tannehill is part of that, and I don't entirely believe that story btw.
