Since the launch of PS4, we have been thrilled with the amount of gamers jumping into the world of PlayStation for the first time. GST + PST in Manitoba adds up to 13%. Sales tax in Fargo, ND is 7.5%. It's still cheaper to buy one in the U.S. Not to mention that they are dropping the price $30 after raising it $50 after launch. It sucks.

And yeah, for people in Canada it's not like they started making more money. The only folks it benefits is people like me who travel to Canada a bunch.

Well there's no way they were going to make it even less than the $20 difference when converted because of Canada's proximity to the US. At that point everyone in the US would just import from Canada.
