The comics explained that Gill and Urien revived Charlie, right? I know I remember hearing that somewhere, probably here. So Urien being a non-playable boss that becomes playable a month or two later as DLC is defintiely a possibility. But we also don't know anything about Zen and whether or not he's evil.

I find that kind of thinking a little myopic and disheartening tbh. Like, Mika wasn't a true grappler (TM) because she wasn't Gief, so people said we needed Gief because we needed a grappler. And I'm pretty sure people were saying Laura wasn't a true grappler because she didn't have a SPD, but hey, Capcom says she's a grappler. So now when people say they want a zoner, do you want a(ny) zoner or do you want one specific character named Dhalsim? Because if it's the former, there are many ways to accomplish the same goal. Don't always have to fall back on the same character.
