Well, if anything, this announcement encapsulates my biggest problem with SFV graphically at the moment... Why do the background characters look SO awful. I know they looked awful in SFIV as well, but this is getting ridiculous. Surely the PS4 could handle better models than that.

It was hard to tell for certain that it was Alex in the background. Like, he had familiar aspects and characteristics, but the model is such a mess that it was hard to be certain.

Bad background characters means better netcode in this case. A more graphically intense game means it's harder to do rollback netcode.
