I spoke to Robin Hunicke, CEO of Funomena, a few weeks ago for my podcast. It's still being worked on.
It is not. It if was an express abandonment, the records would show so. The reason for abandonment is:It didn't expire like TLG. The trademark hasn't even been registered for a year.
This is most likely a filed express abandonment.
