Nah, the data for Alex already has his polycount and is fully rigged... in fact all 6 are already totally modeled and rigged.
There is also no character named TUT.

3. Balrog
4. Ibuki
5. Juri
6. Alex
I'm not sure if this is the release order, but I'd say it's likely that Urien and Guile are the first out of the gate because of their involvement with Nash.

2: a medal, and his stance : Guile
3 : some kind of hood/robe and shoulder pad? And a strange eye logo, reminiscent of egyptian eyes, could be a redesigned Illuminati logo. Could be Urien in a Illuminati robe.
4: looks like kunais, so Ibuki
5: a zipper on his/her back? Juri?
6: Something near the knee, fold of cloth? So seems to wear pants. And grappling stance? Alex?

According to Scrub, from the data mining we know the 6 charactesr have had a lot of work done to them. it seems unlikely that any of these aren't Alex,Guile, Balrog, Ibuki, Juri, Urien

Stick with your decision on it being Alex dude, you even wanted to bet money on it. An L will be waiting for you if it's not.
You can see Urien's eyes, hair, and nose, It can't be Alex hunching over because the shadow is mid run and leaning forward (tackle?).
I'm guessing last character at PSX and first DLC character at Capcom Cup.

Loving the Daily challenges to win Fight Money. The levelling up sounds fun too. For me Capcom haven't made a step wrong so far with this game.
