I like this. Ghost in the Shell movie theme fits this well.
Add Woolie in the LP and it'll be a Super Best Friends Play joint which is inevitable with David Cage games at this point. Looking forward to it.
baby's first android existential crisis
Great graphics and tech, typically cringe worthy, awful script for what is certain to be an awful narrative.
Yeah, but you know what the difference is? Robocop is a fucking cool name for a film.
I'd let her psychopathic tendencies slide for a slice of that sweet cherry pie.Is she? I thought she looked rather sinister, especially that smirk at the end.
No doubt she's gonna bring about Robo-volution on our asses.
Someone from marketing really needs to sit David Cage down and tell him to stop giving his games shitty names. First Beyond, now this? I mean, don't get me wrong, the game looks super cool and I'm excited for it but that name is just cringe-worthy.
Wow, so they're gonna use androids to explore the idea of "What does it mean to be human?"
holy shit what an idea
why haven't every single piece of sci-fi fiction done this before
I hope she comes into contact with ROBOT RACISM, it could be a powerful allegory
My first thought when I saw him on the stream, lol.I can't be the only one who sees Mads Mikkelsen in this.
Need Liam to make the occasional "this isn't THAT bad" comment.

Compare it to the original Kara tech demo (which showed off the tech that Beyond Two souls ended up using). I think the improvements are very, very visible.I'll buy this day one, I like Quantic Dreams games usually.
But I have to say this kinda looks like shit, graphics wise. I don't see why you guys pretend it looks good ?
Beyond two souls' Ellen Page looked better than Cara IMO.
Cara is super uncanny valley.
The hair look bad on all the characters too.
The secondary characters don't look very good either.
Until Dawn looked more impressive than this I thought. So did Ryse, Horizon also looks to be above.
Oh well, Quantic Games usually look worse when first announced. I remember Heavy Rain looked like shit compared to final version.
Of course, the QD demo "the sorcerer" shits all over this.
Why change the hair color?
One written by Alex Garland, the other David Cage. Their writing skill could not be further apart.
The end reveal better be that it's a continuation of Grasshopper's PS2 game Michigan: Report from Hell.

Game looks visually incredible and has some impressive mo-cap. You can tell there's a lot of talent at the studio.
A shame David Cage's garbage writing and storytelling will ruin the game though. Every Quantum Dream game devolves into complete nonsense apart from maybe Heavy Rain. He really needs an editor or two, or just someone to tell him when to stop.

To TellTale please. QD exceeds in the tech department while it fails in the writing. Telltale is like the polar opposite.I wish QD would outsource it's writing.

Cage's not in a bad position. After the non-sensical mumbo jumbo that was Beyond, he can only surprise. Who's seen The Following knows that Valorie Curry is fantastic, so he started pretty strong there.

Well we can hope the new writers they brought on board will fix that issue to some degree. To TellTale please. QD exceeds in the tech department while it fails in the writing. Telltale is like the polar opposite.
Finally, the sequal to Ex Machina is here
Cage watched Ex Machina and started wondering how he could ruin it.
Love the "Detroit" as a name. Once manufacturing cars, now manufacturing androids.
None of those games looks better than this if you examine them on a character micro level that this will revel in.
