If you put up the contrast really high you can see lines and shit around his crotch that look like the wrapping. And the eye on the robe moves it towards Illuminati, although I guess you could argue it's a really poorly drawn buffalo.
Yeah, I saw Balrog's glove as some sort of giant shoulder muscle. Makes way more sense now.

This makes as much sense now as it did when people were thinking Capcom was swapping roster characters with DLC to throw people off. That's just not how fighting game characters are developed.

This picture is conveniently hiding a little piece of cloth protruding from the "leg" part of the first silhouette. I believe it could be Alex's front part from his overalls that's hanging.

Ah, I keep forgetting about that awful background character design. It's probably a placeholder and they'll use the improved model but yeah, the pants are most likely staying.

The model is naturally not going to be that one but I doubt they'll change anything from that design. Maybe Alex removes his jacket to fight but that's about it

I think the left to right order is very likely, especially if it gets Boxer and Guile in before the EVO cutoff. Those are tourney staple characters.

if you've already previously suit burst, you can do it again without it and the same animation just plays with his skin shaking and bursting off, to reveal more skin underneath
