Again, Canada voted in Stephen Harper as PM three times in a row - the third go round with even stronger support than the first two! - so I'd wager that you just haven't gotten around enough since plenty of Canadians were willing to tolerate someone far more odious and damaging than even the dreaded Barack Obama for an even longer amount of time.

They're only about 15% of the vote, and some of their supports are going to move to Trump (Christie) or Carson (Huckabee, Santorum)

Yeah, many people still anticipate this big turn around for one of the establishment candidates but Im starting to really doubt it. I feel once the clown car starts really cutting back we'll see how that 15% distributes. If a lot of it goes to Trump or Carson then I'd say the establishment candidates will not win the race.
