So I hear mods are coming to the consoles? Does this mean the main benefit of the PC version is performance/IQ?
Just stock up on stealth boys.
And most extensive and game altering mods. I don't see consoles getting HQ texture mods, mods that add items and companions and new areas, extensive HUD / UI mods etc.
Limited mods. No way consoles get all the mods and they won't get the modding tools either.
You can be certain that not all mods will make it to the console versions. It'll probably be limited to stuff like new weapons and model replacements. The PC will have mods that you won't see on the console versions even with mod support.

- Put Steam into offline mode

- Alt tab back into the game

It unlocks at midnight depending on your region. NZ, Australia, EU [East, Central, West with own times] and US according East Coast if I remember right.
