So what's ahead for H5? Do we know when new maps are coming? When the weekend play lists start? When BTB hits? And where do we watch for this kind of news. Just Waypoint?

The radar at it's current range is pretty much nonexistent. The only time it really works is when someone is right in front of you which defeats the purpose a bit. They should either buff it slightly or remove entirely.

Go on top of those things you can climb up onto. You effectively take his sword out of the fight. Target the head consistently, that will quickly get him vulnerable. After defeating 1 or two, you will get a checkpoint.
So I loved the Halo 5 campaign. It was definitely my favorite Halo campaign so far and I love where the story is heading. Halo 6 should be ridiculous.
However, there are some stupid things that really hold it back from being truly great. The Warden is the biggest negative point. If we fought him once then I would be okay but fighting him 6-7 times is just ridiculous. The Prometheans in general were not fun to fight.
I also thought they could have done more to explain the lore better in the games. Thats one thing that pisses me off about Halo games is that a lot of important backstory is left to comics and other stuff. I know a little bit of the lore so I was able to hang in there for the most part but I still need to spend a lot of time in the Lore and Spoiler threads to really understand what I just finished playing. For those that dont know anything besides whats presented in the games, I can understand their frustration and why they would not have a fun time with the campaign at all.
Osiris was a cool team but I really dont care about any of them. I thought it was nice of Locke to
acknowledge the Chief as Sir. Its like hes the next generation but he knows whos top dog. I actually didnt care about anyone besides the Chief unfortunately. Even the rest of Blue Team was meh. Buck was cool but I thought Vale was the best Osiris member. I liked that she had an interest in history and she was genuinely fascinated about the things they uncovered in Sanghelios. The ending with Halsey looking at Chief while Locke is standing next to him definitely gave me chills. It was great.
Exuberant Witness was cute as well. So adorable how much she enjoyed warfare lol
Took me about 14 hours on Heroic. I played chapter 14 on Easy after
running into the Warden for the SECOND time in one level.
The rest was on Heroic. The length was satisfying though I wasnt a fan of how some levels were ridiculously short.
When "The Trials" came on during
mission 14
...fuuuuuuuuuu I was so hyped.
Time to view old terminals and listen / read all the intel from YouTube/Wiki. Great work 343!
I just beat the game (normal) and holy shit were those last three missions bad, boring and repetitive. Not even gonna bother with other difficulty levels after that.
And the story felt like it was written by a teenager.
HOLY FUCKING SHIT! This makes the game even crazier hahahha. I literally fought and beat them all, but this is insane. Just goes to show what a damn good job 343i did with this game. That had to be intentional level design.
Basically giving us the tools to win in any manner we wished.
I got eden 3 straight games in FFA and then regret 2 straight times. Never left or backed out of lobby after a match so I'm not sure how this 'rotation' is supposed to work.
I played last night for the first time. All evening in custom games with a bunch of friends. The new moves were great. We had a blast! I slammed someone off the ledge! Shotgun feels great. Loving the ADS effect. It still feels like halo!
I was never able to figure out how to start a custom game with vehicles. My favorite maps from old Halo games were large ones with vehicles like Ragnarok.
Anyone have advice on how to set up a private team death match on a Ragnarok like level with vehicles?

I've been steamrolling people in Warzone assault for the past hour or so. Matches last like no longer than 7 minutes. It's been a quick way to earn REQ packs since they award so many points.
I really like the game mode, but I wish 343 would make it so you earn your REQ level faster in it than the standard Warzone since the game never lasts long enough to use anything over level 5.
What a shitty ending lol. Legendary is very doable Solo though there are several hard sequences due to your stupid teammates who deserve to be flogged.
Campaign was enjoyable even though I'm still confused about several things. Music was much better than Halo 4 but your typical forgettable Hollywood orchestra. Solid campaign.
For anyone trying to skip the Warden fight, run right to the grav lift, thrust then ground pound onto the platform. Very easy to do.
