Would those past seasons at least be stored in your service record history, I remember in reach how after 3 or 4 season you could not see anywhere the Rank of your most oldest season.

Gotta say it: Arena matchmaking has been pretty horrible. I'm either wrecking people or being wrecked; often by a team of four. I like to play alone and this is really discouraging me. Barely ever matches me up with teammates with mics either which could alleviate the problem a bit if it did.
 
I still can't get used to the "feel" of this game. Something about it is different from the other Halos (and Destiny).

Love that it's 60fps though.
 
343 needs to allow us to quit games with no punishment when we are the last person on our team. I got banned for quitting last night and the only times I've ever left a match have been when I was the last person on my team. Now I just sit afk until the match ends letting my Spartan die 30 times. That's no fun. Not for me, not for the enemy team. It also doesn't help my stats, and I know some people will say "who cares about your stats" but at the end of the day I shouldn't have I suffer through this when its not my fault my other three teammates quit. 343 needs to look into this.

How long were you banned for? Also, was it a ban from arena and warzone?
 
Just finished the campaign. Really enjoyed it, aside from Warden fights. I kind of wonder whether the no-guns missions are a hint at mass effect style shooter/rpg elements in future games...

Anyway, well done 343.

-Dont ever challenge, is hard to do, but, if you see yourself engage in 1 v 1 situation dont let the fight last more than 3 or 4 seconds, if you havent kill this person by that moment, try to change position, and see if another person in your team clean that kill.

-Never see yourself in bottom midle in any map, you are vulnerable from any point in that part of the map, avoid it at any cost.

-work on your straffing and general awareness (like paying attention to your teammates sign and X if they get killed), this will come with experience

-Try not to pay attention to your Kills and Death, the more you keep checking that, the more pressure you will feel to do better, and you will see yourself rushing.

-Dont chase kills, this is hard one not to do, and more i there is no communication, but you could see yourself like Indiana jones, you have someone you are chasing, and when running to catch him you run into the entire enemy team.

-Shoot any enemy that is in your LOS, even if you are not getting that kill, is better to have that person going to hidding for some seconds than to have him shooting around.

-Try to get party up with people that are willing to communicate, call outs are very important in Halo.

I sprint all. the. time. everywhere. Maybe I should also stop using iron sights as well and get accustomed to shooting from the hip? Now that I think about it, no wonder I'm losing 1v1 firefights. It takes me at least a second longer than my opponent to aim and start shooting. This is the way I played the campaign but I'm gonna have to form some new habits for MP.

Also have to resist the urge to chase after an opponent. Often time I lose them and end up wandering the map away from my team mates, making it easy for someone to just pick me off.

It was arena and I was only banned for like 5 minutes, but that's probably because it was my first ban. I imagine if I keep quitting out of matches where I'm the last person on my team my bans will only get worse. I've already played two games today where all of my teammates quit and I had to just wait it out because I was afraid of getting a longer ban.

I posted the same thing the other day but was told I should just go play FFA lol

But yea when your team quits it's not fun getting donged on 1v4 and when the other team quits it's not fun chasing down 1 guy over and over... Last person should be able to just quit without risk of being banned (but still derank).

I quit like three games in a row (after being down 2v4) and didn't get a ban. I wonder how their algorithm works as far as past quits being weighted over time.

Guilty Spark's story continues in the Halo: Primordium and is touched on again in Hunters in the Dark.

If you weren't aware, his wrecked remains are found and taken aboard the UNSC Rubicon. He then uploads himself to the ship when they dispose of his body and he takes control over the ship and re-routes it to where the 'elusive life-shaper' is, be that the Librarian (probably not, as she is most likely dead), or Chant-to-Green, the new Librarian.
 
There should be a tutorial for Warzone. Both modes. Make the enemy AI super fucking aggressive. Like harder than Legendary aggressive. And until the player can win while getting first place in his own team, he can't join others. Fucking brandead assholes playing this game sometimes.

I know. That's why I would have liked it a lot more. Since we haven't seen much in a sense of continuation of that storyline. It's mentioned in HITD but not to the extent I would have liked.

im all for having them still derank since they were going to lose anyways, but there should be no fear of getting banned.
 
Frankie, if you see this, could you please make a request to change the colour of your Fireteam's service tags in Warzone, and also make them permanently viewable regardless of where they are on the map.

It's so hard to find your Fireteam at times. Especially when you don't have a mic. Surely it's possible? It would promote teamwork.

Asking for a forced tutorial is hardly asking for too much.
 
So I spent like over an hour on the first Blue Team mission on heroic. lol at those completion statistics that were posted before the game came out.
 
Placed onyx in team arena, cool, then I solo queued in Swat today and placed onyx again.
What an ego-trip.
Anyone else noticing a much lower drop rate for the warzone xp and rp bonus cards compared to the arena equivalents?
 
I just fucking love these Grunts man.

The one that was singing, so freaking hilarious. With pain in my heart i kicked him off the mountain...well...not pain, but you know. :)

Or their comments: ''Just stay right there and let me shoot you'' and sooooo much more. I definitely am going to restart the campaign after i finish it and really pay attention to the Grunts more, haha.
